We also expect that 3rd parties who work for us uphold the same principles and comply with the laws and regulations in all countries in which we operate. To that end we encourage both our Personnel and our 3rd party contractors to raise grievances, questions or concerns about ethical and legal dilemmas and this can be done via our Speak Up Channel.
We are committed to ensuring that no one suffers detrimental treatment as a result of refusing to take part in non-compliance or illegality, or for reporting their suspicion in good faith that an actual or potential offence has taken place, or is likely to take place. We must all work together to ensure that corruption, bribery and other non-compliance have no place in our businesses.
